Forum Connecting Cultures in Morocco 
announces a call for Moroccan youth aged between 18 – 30 years old to participate in a captivating project in Burgos, Spain 
, Co-organized by FCC and our Spanish host organization, this project titled “From the Mediterranean to the Culture and Resources Gastronomia” is a youth exchange program under the framework of Erasmus+ of the European commission.
We are specifically seeking 5 talented Moroccan participants male and female to showcase the richness of Moroccan gastronomy.
The program will take place in Borgus Spain 18th – 25th September 2023.
The main objective of the Erasmus+ project “From the Mediterranean to the Culture and Resources Gastronomia” is :
To foster intercultural dialogue among young people from various countries, including Morocco, Belgium, France, Jordan, Tunisia, Macedonia, Germany, and Spain, by celebrating cooking as a means of cultural exchange. In today’s world, where bridging cultural gaps and overcoming prejudices is crucial, food has the extraordinary power to unite and create tolerance. Through this international multicultural exchange, we aim to bring people together and promote understanding, while appreciating the distinctiveness of each food culture, encompassing not only ingredients and spices but also customs and traditions.
